The staff at Plume Dental are courteous and professional. I used to get anxious when going to the dentist due to bad experiences. After the first visit with Plume, I felt comfortable and no longer dread my next appointments. I have recommended them to friends and co-workers and would highly recommend them to anyone reading this review.

I haven’t had dental insurance in such a long time. I finally got a job that offered it and googled dentists in my area that my insurance covered. I absolutely HATE dentists, so many bad experiences that I procrastinate even going. I ended up scheduling an appointment as a first-time patient but also asked if they could schedule a cleaning. They were so flexible and scheduled me for a later time to squeeze in both.

From the ladies at the front desk to the Dr., they truly gave me the best experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never felt that comfortable at a dentist in my entire life. I am truly thankful for all of you, your kindness, gentleness, and professionalism.

I was running a little late to my appointment, and the staff still greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. The staff is very knowledgeable and patient when explaining information about any dental procedures and what the insurance will pay and which cost is the patient’s responsibility. Overall, I had a very pleasant office visit and would return for any future appointments.

Let me start by saying that I have a serious hatred and fear of dentists because I had a terrible car accident at 18 with way too much painful dental work needed. So, at 66 years of age, when I tell you that EVERYONE at Plum Dental is wonderful, I truly mean it. They're all very professional, BUT they're also very kind and compassionate. Yes, their work is excellent, but what makes it a really wonderful experience for me is their intention and ability to make everyone feel comfortable while at the dentist's office.

Dr. Dhillon was professional, thorough, and kind. He took time to explain things well. I made an appointment to see him because I was not satisfied with my old dentist. I'm glad I made the move!

The care and support by my dentist and their team allow me to smile with confidence! I had to close a gap next to a crown and the doctor was able to replace the crown without creating a new crown next to it, saving me some money. Thank you!

It’s rare to enjoy a dental visit but I did! I left feeling at ease and in good hands. Everyone I encountered was kind and helpful. I had some initial concerns and time was spent discussing them. I never felt rushed, and the Dr. took time after the appointment to ask and answer questions- and go over next steps and my options. I’m so happy I found Plume Dental. My family and I will be using them exclusively for the foreseeable future.

I'm really pleased with this office.

My husband had a dental emergency and we wanted a dentist that was not under the thumb of a corporate group. We found Plume Dental and Dr. Dhillon through our insurance. This was so much more than I expected! Every one of Dr. Dhillon's staff is friendly and helpful. They only have your comfort and care in mind. The office is immaculate and that speaks volumes for Dr. Dhillon. The staff is organized and personal. You don't have anything done until you know what the bill is estimated to be. Dr. Dhillon is very patient in explaining everything to you. If you need to make financial arrangements, they help you with that too. There is plenty of parking near the door. The waiting room is comfortable and you are invited to water or coffee. They do not pressure you into doing things you don't want like I have experienced at large groups of chain dental offices. I can't say enough good about these people!
