I'm really pleased with this office.
My husband had a dental emergency and we wanted a dentist that was not under the thumb of a corporate group. We found Plume Dental and Dr. Dhillon through our insurance. This was so much more than I expected! Every one of Dr. Dhillon's staff is friendly and helpful. They only have your comfort and care in mind. The office is immaculate and that speaks volumes for Dr. Dhillon. The staff is organized and personal. You don't have anything done until you know what the bill is estimated to be. Dr. Dhillon is very patient in explaining everything to you. If you need to make financial arrangements, they help you with that too. There is plenty of parking near the door. The waiting room is comfortable and you are invited to water or coffee. They do not pressure you into doing things you don't want like I have experienced at large groups of chain dental offices. I can't say enough good about these people!
